Dimensions

Tell us the dimensions of the parcel you’re sending. You’ll need to measure the height, width and length. The length is always the longest side.

For example, the size of a typical shoe box is approximately 14 inches in length, 10 inches width and 5 inches in height.

Parcel contents

Give us the correct description of the item(s) you’re sending.

E.g. 3 x t-shirts, 2 x pants and 1 x sari

Please avoid generic descriptions such as ‘gifts’ and ‘stuff’. This could cause your package to be delayed.

For international couriers you will be asked to provide a more detailed description of each item when completing your customs documents.

Value of content/ Parcel

For new items, the value should reflect the current retail price. If you’re shipping a used item that you’ve bought online, please use the price you bought it for.

tip:

To find the value of a used item, try checking the average price your item is being sold for online.

Want to insure your parcel?
